So many times people let the fear of having to shell out a few bucks deter them from even looking into spaying & neutering. (Personally, I feel like it's money well spent, but hey; Duh.)
So the financial assistance info. is great. Let's just hope they take a minute to actually read it and take action.

Some people never get it for some reason, let's hope these people will get the message and become responsiable pet owners.. What you need is a picture of animals that have been PTS and ask how many of them are they responsiable for ending like that.
