I promise not to rattle on and on..just want to clear up what I wrote-after rereading it, I confused myself!

Rach..unless the pins are excruciating and unbearable, he prefers to keep some of them in forever. He can do that surgery, as an out patient, anytime I want. If I remain in pain, other than the pins, he'll want to do more surgery. He said I can go for more opinions, but they would all say the same. He is a hand/wrist specialist. I called my family doctor, also saw my back doctor (for a check up and gave him all my info just as an FYI) and both docs agreed with the surgeon, altho NOT involved in the case.

The doc told me to try NOT to wear the splint as often as possible, so I have, except in crowds, shopping, etc. I have little strength, but can almost make a fist. I can't bend my wrist forward or backward without screaming. My skin is so sensitive I can barely touch it and I look like "The Fly", strange coarse black hair growing at the incision sites and elbow. (it's funny).

Additional surgery will be an option only if I'm in constant pain where the bone is gone. There are 3 different options, all serious and long involved surgeries and 8 weeks in another high cast. No guarantee of normal functionality regardless, despite therapy. Every decision is mine. The only way this is good is that it helps my case by being permanently disabled, but I can type slightly with my left hand. I intend to try to get a job once I feel better.

All 3 dogs were out tonight when I let Logan out. They had a riot at his back fence. His wife was in sight as ordered in court and tried to call them away. When all 3 are together, it's warfare and I worry about Logan because the fence still looks like crap to me, with openings on the bottom despite his quick fixer of wooden planks and cinder blocks. They do want Logan, I'm sure of it now but Boots saved Logan actually. It's not always easy to see if they;re outside. They are dark and we have bushes lining our side of the back fence. I'm petrified. I check through the window and door before letting Logan out. I was actually told (on the sly)to purchase a weapon.

His 30 days are almost up to comply to the state orders and I've seen no improvement. I need to decide, when the time comes, whether to accept what $ I'm offered or go to trial. If I'm not adequately compensated, I will call TV stations, newspapers etc. I should have done that originally like other people do.

I'm a natural born wimp, but when I believe in something, look out! I've just begun to fight. I'm too depressed to see straight.

Oopps.. I RAMBLED! I LIED!!!!!
