Everyone's pictures are really cute! Your girl is a Greyhound mix, right? You said she was like 30", she looks more like 20"

I do not have any pictures from matches. =P Not even Rally-O! Gonzo has only done prenovice Agility, but here's a training picture that I have.

Jenny and I were at a competition today. We didn't win. Oh well. We have another K9 Kup tommaro, YAY !!!

"Your girl is a Greyhound mix, right? You said she was like 30", she looks more like 20" "

Yes, she is a greyhound mix. I just measured her. She is just over 28" inches.(shoulders ) You can even tell by the photo. She goes right from my knees to my chest. I can't wait untill tommaro ! YAY !!!!

The only thing is... I'm competing against the dreaded. . . BORDERLINES !!!!! All PUREBRED ( thier team doesn't accept mixs ) border collies, that are very smart and super well-trained for agility.

My team of mix-matched breeds ( 3 aussies, 1 shetland sheepdog,1 husky mix, 1 greyhound mix ( guess who ? ! ) 1 boxer, 1 lab, and 1 bichon frisé mix. Sorry if I missed anyone !) have never beaten them. They are too good. My team has good jumpers ( Babe, Cricket ) good weavers ( Cutter, Molly ) fast dogs ( Jenny, Dean ) and good contacting dogs ( Kolby, Buddy ). But there team has good everything ! We can't compete with them.

Maybe tommaro we'll beat them. We'll show them you don't have to be pure bred. Show them that we make a good team, and we're just as good as all there specially-trained dogs. ( positively yet competitively) WE"LL SHOW "EM !

( consults dog, who is lying at feet. ) You will beat them, won't you, Jenny?

Then she gives me the look that clearly says " Yea, right, not in a million years ! " ( I won't even try ")

He He, like the way I wrote my post?

( it's just for fun, there are no titles or anything. But I thought it would be funny to write my post this way. Not the colour. It seems like I wrote it from a different point of view..... )

    Whoa !!!

    WOO HOO !!!

Jennifer and I won 2nd today !!!!( Borderlines got 1st ) Yes! Oh yea, oh yea...( does happy-party dance )

It wasn't in standard, though... it was in snookers. We didn't get to finish, though... Because we got called off for doing the tire only once. Like that matters. I had to re-try the course because the first time the judge called me off for no reason. So he let me re-try. ( he's a nice person )

In standard I didn't actually do that well.... Jen took too long trying to get into a lie-down on the table. ( it was really hot !!! )( I also lost 5 points for touching the table to try and get her to lie down. )

I jumpers she did really well, too. Unfortunatly, so did the competition. So, she didn't place. Oh well.

I will post some pics of today later.

I also need some advice, though... Does anyone know a different way to train weaves? My girl isn't too good at them. ( she lost 20 points today for skipping the 12 weaves ) She will do off-set, no problem. But she won't do straight weaves, the one's that they use in competition.

I've got to train the weaves before the next competition. Please help !!
