There are no words for every time I read something like this. It captures everything so perfectly.

If only the world was a better place.

if there was an emoticon that was crying, i would put it here. the best i can come up with is ....this only makes my determination to open up an animal rescue/adoption shelter grow. see when i do this, i won't CARE if some of the animals are adopted or not i will keep them and take care of them MYSELF, and they will all be loved, just the same. i hope this article knocks some sense into people....

Picture a 53 year old woman sitting at her computer crying her eyes out. That's me. What a gut wrenching story.

Maya Linn, my heart is broken. The day your beautiful blue eyes went blind was the worst day of my life.I only wish I could've done something.I'll miss your "premium" purr and our little "conversations". 1997-2013 See you again "ONE FINE DAY"

The very last part got me... sent me into tears.
Hopefully it will effect someone.. and inspire them to adopt. I've already made a promise to myself to always adopt. I hope others will, too.

I'm not surprised. Which forum did you post it at? (Curious)

    Sally is a phenomenal writer.
