I am hoping she is in a safe place and will return. Have you taken a box of crunchies outside and shaken it? This sound used to bring my kitty running especially when he was hungry.

Cats tend to dive into the nearest safe looking place when they are frightened, she's probably not far away at all but is too scared to move from her safe spot. Fingers and claws crossed that you find her soon.

Forgive me if you said, but have you tried sitting outside with Maya or Inka and calling for her or putting her favorite food out? I know it's late but if you can't sleep anyway it's worth a try.

OMG, I'm in complete shock when I read this. Please Zazou, come home as quickly as possible into the arms of your mommy and daddy who miss you greatly. Rocky, Zazou's distant cousin in Canada, sends out cat prayers that his cousin will be found safe and sound.

Oh sis - she KNOWS where home is, and I know she will be back.

But I know how you feel - even worse than I felt with that kitten and that was bad enough!

Try the food and calling softly - she was badly spooked and will hear your voice and maybe see her friends, smell her food.

I have to leave for a convention tomorrow morning...but I will check in when I can.

PRAYERS for you and wee Zazou!

(PS remember half Gina's ark ran off - and they ALL came back!)
