I have PSP X. Used it for quite a long time before I upgraded to Photoshop. It's a pretty good program, and pretty good to use, especially if you download lots and lots of brushes.

I use paint shop pro 9.I suck at making signatures, though.
I just make one if I am really bored or play around with pics.
