Bob, you are one of the sweetest little dogs around. And anytime your dad wants to find you a new home, you just tell him you want to come and live with me and my five pups. You and Taggert would get along great!
4DogMother was one (I think perhaps THEEE Very First) Person I befriended on PT. It was then that I knew how special this group of people truly were!!! I think her Taggert looked like what my Bob might look like one day. So I PM'd her and asked what "breed(s)" he might be. SHE WAS SOOO NICE and responded very promptly - with my first indications of Bob's "maybe" ancestry!!! LOL!

After seeing BOB (again - to my amazement) an hour or so ago, I went out and took a recent picture of him in the nearby area of the DOTD shot. Of course, he would not cooperate. I will post as soon as I can find the camera cable (Bob's 17 year old human sister Sarah seems to lose them in her room) - and Boy, it's just "plain dangerous" to venture into that "jungle" she calls a "room"!!!

What a little cutie!!!! And you are growing into such a handsome man,
Bob! Your daddy posts lots of interesting things on PT, but of course, the best ones are pictures of you, Bob! Congrats on dog of the day!

Bob went from a dog to a fish?

Just kidding. He is such a handsome man. Yep, a real chick magnet indeed.
I love Fenway, JoJo, Olivia and Nonnie!

YES, Elizabethann... Bob is NOW A FISH!!! I know... I know - call me crazy, but he is now a FISH!!! LOL!

Seriously though, I am quite amazed at the metamorphis he's undergone. He is somewhat unrecognizable from his puppy pics. We think he has stopped at his current evolutionary stage!!! Hahah! Yes, Karen... he does look a little Wheaton-like. We anticipated his getting shaggy like he is, but his markings have all faded (poor little black rings around his eyes gone) and blended into an almost fawn-like, orangish blonde. Since hairs are so long, the whites blend into and mix with the orange making him look almost blondish!!! It's crazy, but we still find him overall to be unique and a barrel of laughs and a joy to own! HE'S "JUST BOB"!!!

Elizabethann... what about those fish. They are like pirhanna (sp?). People feed them at the spillway (loaves of bread) so they are everywhere (they are on average about 2 feet long). There are so many that the ducks can actually walk along on their backs as they form a surface of a sort!!! LOL!

P.S. Elizabethann... is that your name??? My youngest daughter (our very pleasant surprise baby) is named Elizabeth Anne (with the "e"). We call her "Lizzie"!!!

    Hee Hee...

I tell my oldest son, Mike that too!!! LOL! He is 20 (almost) and when he is going out I tell him to take BOB, cause dogs (especially uniquely cute rascals) and little sisters/brothers are "REAL" Chick magnets!

Ironically, it's true. Take your little sister Lizzie to the Mall with you and everyone thinks your a Big Hearted Big Brother!!! Take BOB with you to the Park, and everyone comes up to you and tells you "how cute he is". They see you as a "sensitive guy" and it breaks the ice - immediately giving you something to begin a conversation with.

Of course he takes no advice from Dad. In fact, he's prone to saying, "Yeahwhatever... that's stupid". But he does love BOB and he's a pretty good Big Brother to his sisters!!! LOL!
