LES here! I wasn't at all expecting this... I am so sorry Gary, I know you are heartbroken and probably in shock.

He didn't suffer, he went quick... Thank God for that.
He had a wonderful home and knew he was loved...Thank God for that!
He had a lot of friends, feline and human, he was loved....

Thank You for that tribute Tubby and Peanuts Mother.
He was on the thin side, although there was always food about for him.He never showed any signs of illness.
He loved his Science Diet Canned, and ate his share last night with a bit of steak.
I couldnt guess what took hy Hero.
I had forgotten his rescue of Pouncierge.
They loved to wrestle with him so much.
Now there will be Two Tubbies when I dine out.
And I will have to wait to see My Hero.
One Fine Day.

I'm still in shock so I had to go look at past pictures of Tubby2 to see if I could see any signs of illness in him. Other than not being very....tubby ...he looked very healthy - shiny coat, bright eyes... I can't imagine what took him so quickly.

But in the process, I found some great pictures of Tubby2, and Gary, I hope you don't mind if I repost some of them here.
