I went to the store and bought a bag of sliced baby portabella mushrooms and soaked them in milk (forgot I didn't have eggs) and battered them in flour, salt, white pepper, and parmesan cheese and fried them up - they were yummy.
And I had never had fried green tomatoes - well I had a small tomato growing on one of my plants and I picked it and sliced it and breaded it and fried it up and it was excellant! Don't think I'll be doing it to all my tomatoes tho - I can't wait until they turn RED.![]()
