I love Canada. When I go up to Pittsburg NH, we drive into Canada and see the rolling hills, the country side and all the farms. It's so beautiful.

Real estate prices have been going crazy the last 5 years. Right now the average house price is $350K in the Greater Toronto Area. The average cottage is being sold for $150K-$250K....I don't know how people can afford a home and cottage! I'm lucky since my grandparents purchased the land back in the 1930's.

And for all the farms, they are being sold off since farmers can't make a decent living. Almost every farm on the way to my cottage has been sold or is in the process of being sold.

Bummer. I guess we won't be neighbors afterall. I will have to live my cottage experience through your beautiful pictures.
