Not nessicarly(sp?) where she lives. Mushers just dispose of dogs like they are nothing.(err I guess thats not much different from here but..) If nobody calls to say they've found the owner or they're his/her dogs, you could try FOUND DOGS signs.
If nobody does come... will you be keeping them and adding them to your 23?
I hope someone claims them though, dogs like them have got to have a home and an owner who loves them.
