Hi - you are a real beauty! Aren't you a pharoah hound - or are you a bit smaller? I had a pharaoh hound, some time ago who looked like you - but his ears weren't as good! My dog was very good at eating too! Most Pharoah hounds come from Malta - but now are bred in lots of places, and even classes at UK dog shows.
