When I first got Bella she was a digger. Of course she was a puppy too so maybe that was part of it. She was still digging at the age of 2 when I brought Ripley home. Amazingly the digging stopped then. I am thinking that, at least for Bella, she was digging out of boredom and once she had a little buddy out in the yard with her she wasn't bored any more. I am guessing it might be boredom with Soul too. She probably wishes things were the way they used to be. Dogs don't like change any more than we do. No matter what the reason, I am sure it is hard to be mad with Soul. She is a cutie patootie for sure.
