Yes, Germany will play Argentina on Friday, and I'm sure it's going to be tough. Argentina has a good team, and I'm not very confident that the Germans will reach the semi-final... But who knows, after all, they play much better than we all expected.

Anyone watch the Portugal v Holland match last night? OMG! It's a new FIFA record for the most number of red and yellow cards in one match. It was 9 men against 9 men at the end! There was a lot of fighting and bad tackles, poor Cristiano Ronaldo left the pitch in tears due to an injury from a terrible tackle by Boularouz.

Stiiiiilll, perhaps if Portugal have lost some of their better players, perhaps England will stand a better chance of getting to the semis? Hmmm, I'm not too confident in them any more, a mere 1-0 against Ecuador hardly shows us off

Having gone to many sporting events there is one thing you can never, ever doubt.

Walking into a stadium where the home team plays is a magical event.

It's electricity, it's heart, it's soul, it's a a feeling I cannot explain.

You have no hand it what happens on the field.
Your voice, screams and adrenaline are the only thing you can add to the game.

when your team wins you ride a wave that is unreal.

You can walk on water, Fly with the birds, bend steel, move mountains...

You are invincible....

There is a sports saying here in the U.S. that some athletes use....

This is MY house.

Meaning that the guest teams are playing on the home teams turf.
