Are all the cats spayed and/or neutered? If not, that needs to be the first priority. You mentioned that your other cat had kittens, did your focus go totally to the new kittens? Did you stop giving her the same level of attention?
It sounds like a trip to the vet needs to be made. She is getting close to being a senior cat anyways and it is very important for seniors to be seen regularly by the vet to ensure a long and happy life. More health problems appear in seniors than any other group. She may appear healthy to you, but only your vet can give her the clean bill of health. Also, did you change your cat litter type or brand? Move the boxes? Senior cats are especially sensitive to any change whatsoever.
