    I waited and paced and waited for them to come out from the c-section. I thought that hour was the most painful hour of my life! Surely it was really 10 hours? I thought waiting in the hospital room with her was bad -- that was nothing compared to knowing the baby was being delivered and I wasn't hearing any word from anybody about it! I'm sure I drove everyone nuts with my incessant babbeling!

    So out comes the new father and announced momma and baby are fine.





    Want to know what it is?





    Boy? Girl?





    BOY!!!! His name is Cameron Nicholas. He's 6pounds 10 ounces (or something like that -- I'm all blurry right now!) and I think 20 inches long. Again, I'm all fuzzy at the moment!

    A very scared Ashley waiting in the hospital room. Things were really scary in there!

    Closeup (he has a funny shaped head since he sat in the brith canal waiting so long for her cervix to completely soften and for Ashley to push... but Ash was never able to push since the epidoral took away ALL pain - she felt nothing.)

    Whew, now I have ot go through her closet and take down all the girl clothes and hang up boy clothes LOL

    Oh my this brought tears to my eyes, he is beautiful. Reminded me of my labor with my first, same exact scenario. Tell Ashley I had my second child without a c-section...not sure if they do that anymore but just in case she is interested.

    Things went very quickly for all of you Kim, both my labors were 24 hours plus so count your blessings. They will probably keep her and the baby in the hospital for a few days since it was a c section.
    don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    I have been frosted!

    Congratulations - what a great looking new baby boy!

    And I hope Ashley feels better soon, and gets all the pizza she wants. Poor girl looks just BEAT!

    And the 'new dad' was THERE? I didn't know he was still around! He must be pretty happy about all this!
