Thanks everyone. I'm trying hard NOT to worry. But this is the first time it's ever been this serious.

I won't be around a computer this weekend, but I do talk to Davidp on a regular basis and will have him post for me if I can't get to a computer.

And to think I was okay BEFORE I went to the doctors. Geesh!!

I thought that often as well, during the 3 months from the time they found the mass on the mammogram till I got the results after surgery.

Take heart, it could probably be nothing as easily as it could be something.

You are most certainly in my prayers and I'm asking my furangels to keep a special eye on you thru the weekend during this waiting period.

Donna, I'm so sorry you have to go through this. Of course you have our prayers. I've been through so many breast related scares. It is nerve-wracking and the waiting is the worst part. I hope it all turns out to be nothing.

    GREAT news!

I had a fibrocyst when I was in my twenties (several years ago -*ahem* )
and it would get quite sore on a regular basis.

Don't know when it disappeared...but I haven't noticed it for quite a few years now!

    SO glad you are ok!

Prayers and good thoughts coming your way, Donna. Here's hoping that it turns out to be benign.

I'm hoping most sincerely and strongly that everything turns out well. I went through something like this last year, even the fact that the right side had always been bothersome and they found something in the left. I actually looked at my own left breast and said something like, now why do you have to cause trouble too. You get desperate to inject some humor into a situation that could change your life, at least for a while. Lots of positive thoughts sent your way. I hope you can do something special over the weekend to take your mind off it, or at least not make it the main focus of your thoughts.
