I'm so sorry to hear about Kedi's health problems. I sure hope that he feels better soon. I have had to do the IV treatment before to my cat Pepper. Luckily I was able to do it for the first time at the Vet's office. I made the mistake of not getting the needle in far enough and the fluid leaked out all over Pepper. It's scary but after you do it a few times it becomes a little easier. I didn't have any one to help me either so it was harder. Pepper wasn't a good patient either. I would hang the bag on a coathanger and hang it from a door. I even started hanging it from the refrigerator door. I just tried to keep Pepper calm which wasn't easy and sometimes he'd pull it out a few times so I'd have to start over again. I sure hope that I never have to do this with any of my animals ever again. Good luck and please keep us posted.
