i'm getting a great dane puppy in August! i can't wait!

my puppy's registered name will be Kennel Name's I Can't Dance.

Excellent name for a dane!! I have tried dancing with audrey and it doesn't work! What will you acall him at home?

I want another shih tzu. This time it will be socialized way better than snuggles. I will train it and everything. I want it to be a rescue though. If I can't find a shih tzu to rescue I will get another small breed. I doubt we will register it and I don't care if it is a boy or a girl. We can only get one if we move to a new house. We have been thinking hard about that but I don't know.......

you aren't starting anything. it's unethical to breed these colors because you may come out with an unaccepted color. also, breeders are trying to minimize the number of merles in the harl and black genes. if you breed a fawn with a herlequin there is a big chance you will get something like a fawnequin or some other unusual looking coat pattern. if you breed and mantle with a brindle you will probably get something like a brindle mantle or a brindle herlequin. you can read all the accepted colors and details here.

I'm pretty sure it's because the puppies they'll produce won't be colors that are allowed to be registered.
