My vet has been of the opinion that pets are over vaccinated for the most part. She gives rabies shots, and, that's about it once the puppy shots are done. She will give shots if the owner adamantly requests, but, for the most part, if you leave it up to her, she won't give much else other than rabies. I'm sorry to hear your boy not reacting well.
