Thanks for the great pictures! It's so great to hear from you and your girls again! Congrats on non smoking. i stopped April 5, with the help of the Nicotrol inhaler, free from my dentist. I do admit, since my b-day has been celebrated for the month and some of my friend s smoke, I did cheat once or twice, but noticed the difference immediately. I figure I cheated, like a diet. but I'm back to non smoking. I never realized how my voice improved, plus I guess I smell better too! I'm with ya girl! Continued good luck! Lots of hugs
