Very Creative is this a program you can get on the computer or do you have to buy it?

I use Photoshop which you have to buy but there is a free program called Photofiltre which is good. And that has a sister program Photofiltre Studio which is even better but you have to pay for, but is pretty cheap and well worth it I think.
