i think the single most ridiculous thing i heard about pet laws was in some place, they were trying to pass a law where you could legally shoot someones cat if they were outside without a collar! i mean COME ON people, what if you had a strictly indoor cat who had no reason for a collar, and she/he being a cat, (cat = sneaky), and they got out somehow one day on complete accident!? i hope to anything and everything holy they didn't pass that law, cuz there are some loving but absent minded pet lovers like me.
