What's for dinner?

Me, coming from the ranks of the cooking-challenged, heated up a good four cheese pizza for myself tonight.

Hate to outdo you, David, but, MY pizza had FIVE cheeses

Jonah had peanut butter crackers, mandarin oranges, and we shared a ice cream sandwhich for dessert.

Country style spare ribs with BBQ sauce baked slowly in the oven, steamed carrots and spaghetti squash.

Tomorrow night it's a baked chicken breast (I first coat it in a combo of mayo and dijon mustard, then coat in corn flake crumbs), sauteed asparagoose with garlic and lemon juice, and perhaps a potato (not sure yet).

Soy.. . As most other vegetarian dishes.. I saw something that said Soy ice cream the other day.. o.O

eww. I hate regular corn dogs, too although I love hot dogs and it's just breaded hot dogs.

Aww, lol. I really don't like Veggie dogs too much.. Veggie burgers are okay, but my fave is the "Fake Chicken" .

okay i'm gonna try this later this week. on sundays i'll write out the menu for the week, go to the store and prep as much as i can for the week. it really makes it easier for me during the work week since i'm so often tired when i get home, and i'd rather play with the dogs and garden after work then be a creative healthy chef
