I'll second that! Pointless IMOOriginally Posted by .sarah
my radio stations have the most obnoxious commercials in between EVERY song, plus, I like a wide variety of music, most of which isn't even played on the radio, plus, my CDs are out of control. I tried to convince myself that the radio is good enough but when I had my shuffle it was like my best friend.

Creative Zen line:

Oh and.. Creative makes the Zen
Also, before anyone comments that the Zens look like the iPods... Apple took the prototype for their iPod FROM Creative in the first place, so if anyone is "copying" anyone, Apple "copied" Creative (but had legal permission to take the prototype from the Creative Jukebox lol)
Yep. I got tired of carrying books of CD's to and from the car, etc. I've burned most of my CD collection to the iPod. The other thing is I can't see buying a whole CD for one song. I can go on iTunes and buy single songs.
Oh yeah and if you want the whole cd you can buy all the songs for cheaper than in the store. They are only $.99 each!!!!Originally Posted by GiantSchnauzer

Both Justin and I've had our iPods for 2 1/2 years and they still work great, no complaints.Originally Posted by Jessika

Probably not, because Apple products ONLY work with apple softwareOriginally Posted by Suki Wingy
Not sure if its the other way around, but I DO know that LOTS of other products out nowdays (windows media player, winamp to name a few) all are adding support for both Apple AND Creative MP3 players, as well as others.
This is off topic but I find it interesting that no one voted that they didn't know what an ipod is, but in another poll several people had never heard of global warming... http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthread.php?t=106044
Whatever you think about ipods, Apple did a great job marketing them!
Actually you can do that with a CD too, just burn the song right to the CD. I don't know what sites though, or how much they cost, but I tell my husband what songs I want and he burns them all onto a CD for me.Originally Posted by GiantSchnauzer
