NEVER. They look Terrible when you get old. They cost a lot of money. They are difficult, painful and expensive to remove. And to me, nothing looks worse than a beautiful girl in an evening gown or a handsome man in a nice white dress shirt and all you can see is the tattoo.

Small tasteful ones aren't too bad but still. We expect people to look professional in the work place, I just don't think they can look professional with a big tattoo hanging out of their sleeve. Sure it doesn't say anything about their personalities or their professionalism but you know what they say about first impressions.
