    Wow, I wasn't even expecting comments, well right away, anyway. I was editing one part and then I saw two comments already. Thanks! Anyway to the question...He is actually a sheltie. They pretty much look just like collies though, except smaller versions, like half the size.

    Oh! I thought he was a collie, too, LOL. At any rate, he's adorable!

    (Those are Elizabethan collars, if I'm not mistaken...)
