Look for them and try my best to find them. When, I get older all my pets will have tags and be microchipped. But either way I would look everywhere for them and put up posters and stuff.

I would do what I usually do if this happened. I use/wear it in front of them.

I would be REALLY mad but then congratulate the person and be a good sport.
