when you are making a post, scroll down a little bit until you see the "attach file" box. Click the "manage attachments" button and a window will pop up where you can upload images!

Otherwise you can use an off-site host such as http://photbucket.com and it gives you the code to copy and paste in the forums.

ok say i have a picture on a another site that I want as an attachment how do I do that?

If it is already uploaded to another website, then you will need to get the URL to the image (http://blahblah.com/whatever.jpg) and copy it. Then paste it on the forums between [img] and [/img] tags

EX:

[img] http://blahblah.com/whatever.jpg [/img]

with NO spaces of course
