American Idol Season 5

I had to work last night and I missed it.

*cries* I worked from 4-10, and I forgot to set the recording timer before I left and no one was home at 8 to tape it for me. This is the first episode that I've missed - and it was the final singing!! AGHHH, I can't believe I missed it.

What a nerve wracking night for the contestants! It was great and I watched every minute of it. As RH said, it's amazing to watch these lives change.

What a great show they put on tonight. I absolutely loved it. I'm teary eyed here too. It just amazes me to think what their parents must be going through and how proud they are of their kids. It's a fabulous thing! Great job everybody!!

TALOR WON!!!I am so happy that he won! I really wanted either him, Elliot, or Chris to win. I'm glad one of them won.

UGH. How can America allow a typical LOUNGE singer to win? Taylor's the kind of person who sings at a wedding and makes everyone laugh at him/groan/want to leave. In my opinion, of course, and my family's...

I am about to say the most unbelievable sentence in the world ...

Clay Aiken looked hot!

Oh my God, can't believe I just said that! What happened to him? He used to be the nerdiest, ugliest pop singer. Kindof like his "lookalike" that he surprised tonight. AND THAT WAS THE MOST HILARIOUS THING!!

I was laughing sooooo hard! That was the greatest!!!!

Kellie Pickler and Wolfgang .... that was also hilarious!!

Elliot was awesome. *Swoon* I love him, I am starting to think he is a good looking guy, just because he has the greatest heart. He rocks!

Paris can dissapear for all I care, she is really over the top. She can take chicken little with her. Oh and that really over the top dancing dude that won the "award".

I was glad to see some of the top 12 again, Lisa, Mandisa, Melissa (she sounded like crap, she looked great though!), and everyone else!

That was a really great show! AND TAYLOR WON! WOO HOO SOUL PATROL!!

The Soul Patrol won. They're all winners and many of them will go on to entertain us for many years to come. It always makes me a bit teary to see these kids' lives change before our eyes - they are SO lucky and I wish them all the best. It's hard work being a performer in today's market.
