I hope is okay, initially I was going to buy the kodak c315 for 130.00, then I thought oh for 70 more I can get the casio, now I am thinking well for a little more I can get the canon....

It did get good reviews, I guess I can wait and see how good the pics are and if they aren't good we can change it for the canon.

Actually I was nothing like my daughter in school..hehe. I think she is bright but I think pretty much every kid could accomplish the same thing if that is their priority, that just happens to be her priority.

Well Canons are a little more expensive, but the quality more than makes up for the extra expense.

Regardless, a new camera is a new camera, and I am sure your daughter will love it!

Yeah I think I will let her decide after she gets it I am sick of the whole shopping thing. The good thing is that it has a huge view screen. I saw some good ratings on eopinions but saw that the outdoor pictures are not that great.
