Thats wonderful news!! Hopefully that'll start a chain reaction & improve pet laws! & hopefully that'll come over into Canada too, as our pet laws are crap & they help very little.

Very true, but if it weren't for Katrina, this issue would not have been brought to the attention of the government as actually BEING an issue, so without Katrina nothing still would have been done.
