what is an appropriate high school graduation gift?

$25 to $35 is perfect. $75 is way too much in my opinion. I usually go in with family members and we kick in $25 each.

Wow, my son only got $20 to $25 gifts last year for his graduation party.

One gift I got a few years ago was the hti of the party... the giurl is now entering her senior year of college and still loves it: A bubble gum machine! Silly, yes, but great for the dorm. I left a little note about her needing somethign fun and innocent in her life when college is all about exploring herself and growing up. She loved it.
