    That looks neat. I wonder how it really works. What if the dog snags the part where it is supposed to hook on a leash, then I imagine it would nt slip off as it is supposed to be durable while attatched to a leash.

    Ah, good point. The steel ring (point of leash attachment) is pretty big (bigger than the standard ring on a buckle or snap collar)...so I think struggling would hopefully release it. I guess it's hard to make a collar 100% safe while still being compatible with a leash.
