Do you know what I went to on Saturday? A REAL TEA PARTY. It was a baby shower held at a local tea shoppe. China, crumpets, clotted cream, jam, sandwiches, scones, desserts and some wonderful baked cheese. Oh yes, and tea.

The whole time I was there I kept looking at the window expecting to see the Thursdays crowd pointing at me and my "pinkie finger" hooting and hollering.

It made me secretly smile - if they only knew!!

I thought of Thursdays today as I FINALLY finished polishing ALL the silver. I even took pics, but I'm too pooped to post them. I am selling the stuff as I don't ever want to have to go through this polishing ordeal again - what a messy chore!

I was at a charity event this past Saturday night and sat next to a woman whose husband collects antique silver, so I may even have a buyer without having to try too hard. We'll see. Otherwise, I'm posting it to Craigslist.

I'll take a cuppa anything!
