I highly suggest a trip to your veterinarian. It is very hard for people to figure out what illness or problem your dog has over the internet, or for anyone here to know for sure. Your Vet should be able to help you.

I agree, the vet will know what is wrong. A friend of mine had that problem with her dog and it turned out to be a urinary infection.

Off topic, I have a Belgian dog too, she is a groenendael.
