Cats don't generally leave puddles on the floor. They will use a carpet where they can dig if they have issues with the litter box or a urinary tract infection.


I'm sure you're right; however, my cats have no option if they have to go inside, since I have no carpet in my home. Due to severe dust/mold allergies, my husband and I can only stand to live on wood/tile/linoleum flooring. I have had to clean up occasional puddles, which are usually at the door that they come in/go out through...which meant we were not paying enough attention to them when they needed to go, of course , so it's really our fault.
