I let Sadie and the dog sniff and then I petted the dog, well the poor thing must never get petted because she then followed us home. Not to hijack your thread but seeing Misha reminded me of my neighbor dog. It seems as though Misha is fenced in at least, my poor thing had no collar and was not fenced in.

Misha is known up and down the street. She's a very sweet, gentle dog. She knows how to open her gate, and can jump the chicken wire fence at the side of the house. She doesn't ever wander, except in front of her house. She's 13 years old. Her owners really do care for her, though, she is up to date on all of her shots, she has water outside.. and the family does sit outside with her during the summer. She does get to go inside for short periods of time during the day, and is in at night. I still want to take her home, though.. she's my kind of dog! lol
