shes box trained. I think it's dog pee.
I think i've heard somewhere that cat urine is glow in the dark... it glows under a black light.
ALL urine glows under black light.
To deodorize after cleaning up "accidents", use either Nature's Miracle or Outright Stain & Odor Removers. They eliminate even cat spray odors and don't encourage re-use of the spot. Just be sure to use enough to get through to the bottom of the stain.
Cats don't generally leave puddles on the floor. They will use a carpet where they can dig if they have issues with the litter box or a urinary tract infection. I suspect it's your dog. Until you can be sure he won't leave you surprises, I'd suggest a crate or at least a small room that's easy to clean.
You seem to be on the right track. Give him a few weeks to get it down pat.

I'm sure you're right; however, my cats have no option if they have to go inside, since I have no carpet in my home. Due to severe dust/mold allergies, my husband and I can only stand to live on wood/tile/linoleum flooring. I have had to clean up occasional puddles, which are usually at the door that they come in/go out through...which meant we were not paying enough attention to them when they needed to go, of course, so it's really our fault.
