Kodie refuses to go to the bathroom while its raining.He'll literally hold it until the rain stops .Lucys a good girl and goes out in the rain.
i dont have any suggestions for you. Maybe try walking outside with him?

Maggie is the same way; she will walk in the rain only when I force her to, then won't go potty, and will use the floor in the house when she gets inside, no matter how long I force her to walk in the rain. On the few occasions that she's done something while walking in the rain, I of course praise her, etc. but I don't think she notices...getting to go back in the house is the better reward to her She also refuses to go in tall grass, wet or dry...More mowing for my husband, I guess

I've found that walking helps. Marta will stay on the porch too when it's raining, she will hold it but I feel like she needs to go so I will walk her down the block and she forgets all about the rain. Vallis won't leave the porch even if the rain is stopped but it's muddy!!
