Last Friday for my birthday we went out to dinner and then we saw Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. They were awesome and I loved it!! So no special plans for tomorrow. All I want for my bday now is for my back to feel better. I don't know what I did to it. I had just stepped out of the shower and I felt something "catch" and the pain started. I laid down for a bit and that was a big mistake! It took me forever to get back up and get moving again. I'm getting around ok, slowly but ok. It hurts if I'm sitting, laying or standing so I just keep trying to move around a bit. It didn't help that I had to sit through a 3 hour class last night. So yeah, all I want for my birthday is some muscle relaxers and pain pills!! Yep, I'm another year older and I certainly feel like it right now
