I would try to find some way to keep them inside or safe from traffic so they don't get hit. It is good that your bus driver was nice about them being on the bus.

I'll try and see if we can lock the door tomorrow, from the outside, if not, I'll just have my dad do it, jeez, I never thought of that

At first they were going to keep one of the puppies, (before Tika died, to keep her company) but I talked to Jesse and Shandy today about keeping a puppy, and they said that they probably weren't. THEY want to, but their mom doesn't. Their whole family was VERY attached to their dogs, and I'm sure Kristi (thier mom) is very upset also. Shandy's aunt, and maybe her grandma are going to keep some puppies too, and they live 1 - 2 miles away, so they will get to see them a lot.

The puppies are about 7 weeks old, so I think they will be o.k. They might need a little help, but not for too much longer.
