Way to go, Casey! How did you do it? Is mom feeding you green beans? exercising more? (Sherms could stand to loose five lbs, too. just trying to get some ideas here)

cyber-sibes...the main thing was keeping her out of the puppy food for bubba, I would leave food out for him because I felt like he needed to free feed. Once he turned a year old I put him on a twice a day schedule. I actually only feed Casey once a day and I don't give her too much.

I supplement with green beans sometimes also.
