Oh, that is my pet peeve too. Those dastardly cigarette butts are everywhere. I think that stores that sell cigarettes should pay an extra tax which could be used to employ people to go around and pick up those butts.

Another thing I hate to see is a parent out and about with their children but instead of engaging their children in conversation, the parent is yakking away on a cell phone.
