Well most of my pet peeves are not about grammar, but I find some of those things annoying too.

I REALLY hate it when people throw cigarettes onto the ground. Like, out of their car window (usually still lit) or when they are done they simply put them out and leave them on the ground. I see this A LOT living in a college town. Why don't they understand a cigarette butt is still litter??
