Liz, sorry to hear about Bud's liver problems. Was his ALT high? Killian seems to be doing well at the moment on his special liver diet.

Great to hear that you are thinking of another dog. I figure, if you have one, how much trouble is another? I just love it when Killian and Shiloh are sprawled out together across the floor sleeping. It's great to see how much they miss each other when one goes to the vet and then returns. I love the way Shiloh takes care of Killi. I love the way Killi growls at Shi when she is eyeing his food after she just scarfed down hers. I love walking both dogs down the block.....I could go on and on... I hope you do rescue another!!
