    These rules have come from doing years of gift swapping on this forum and are changed for the better each year. It is very stressful organizing this wondering if you are going to have to take money out of your own pocket to make-up for any packages not sent. In the past, we have had problems with newbies joining the swap and not fulfilling their promises in sending, hence having to be a member for atleast 6 months.

    Aww, I've still got a long time before I can participate in any swaps... darn this 6 month stuff xD lol

    I kinda agree with it though, because I can see where you're comming from. It must suck to have someone sign up and then not send anything. I'll just have to wait a few months....
