There are cursor programs that do that - Comet cursor was one, but it's loaded with spyware and ad ware. Do a search on Google or CNet or ZDnet downloads sections or even Jumbo.com (does that still exist?) or perhaps Tucows.com. I don't think animals are available as part of the standard Microsoft stuff unless you completely change your "theme."
