Yeah! One of the many reasons why I love Maine!! There is very few kill shelters and Maine was the first state to ban greyhound racing! and for a few years now Maine had banned smoking in public areas

I hope it's true for pet protection as well. Good for Maine.

This has to be some of the best news I've ever heard in my life!!!!! It makes me so happy to see that something is finally being done to protect our poor, defenseless, animals. Abuse to these sweethearts has gone on long enough. Kudos to Maine. YAY YAY YAY!!! Go Maine!! Now, let's get the rest of our United States and other countries on the ball!!
