It should! Most of the time it will shrink right up
The weird thing though...Jack was neutered before he 'had any' so he had no extra skin....but I noticed that recently he does have a flap
And I'm not sure why that happened, lol!

Kodie still has a little flap. It should go down or completely away soon. Just be patient
